Program Details

Impact Bootcamp is a 6-week program where participating students and teams will work with the Do Good Institute to develop and/or refine a plan to create impact. Each week, students will devote time to refining their plans to do good. In the final week of the program, every participant will come together and you will get a chance to share your new and improved plans with the cohort and receive feedback. The program will meet in-person Thursdays 4pm - 5pm starting September 26 and concluding November 7.

Impact Bootcamp takes place in two tracks. Track 1 is designed for those that are looking to flesh out an idea and develop a project plan. Track 2 is designed for teams that are established or have already developed a plan to create impact that they are looking to refine or refresh. Any interested organization, club, team, or individual can register for the program.

FAQs

Explore the tabs below to find answers to your most frequently asked questions.

Track 1 is designed for those that are looking to flesh out an idea and develop a project plan. So, if you or your team is just getting started and doesn’t have a mission, vision, or clear project plan yet, Track 1 is for you. Track 2 is designed for teams that already have developed a plan to create impact that they are looking to strengthen or refine. So, if your team is more established, but needs help formalizing your strategy for impact, program management, marketing, event planning, partnership building, or fundraising, Track 2 is for you.

In the registration process, you will be asked to select which track you think you best fit in. There will also be an option for us to select the track on your behalf. Even if you select a track in your registration, we may suggest that you participate in a different track.

The weekly topics vary slightly depending on which track you participate in and how your team would like to develop. But, all participants can expect to engage with the following topics:

  • September 26: Session 1 - Exploring Your "Why"
