The program is designed to meet changemakers at any stage - whether individuals are just beginning to shape an idea or established teams are looking to sharpen and expand their existing work. Each week, the program will focus on a core area of project development. Session leaders will offer different activities to allow individuals and teams at different stages to take steps forward. If you or your team is just getting started and doesn’t have a mission, vision, or clear project plan yet, Impact Bootcamp will help you flesh these out. If your team is more established, but needs help formalizing your strategy, starting something new, or increasing your impact, Impact Bootcamp can help you refine and develop your existing work. In the registration process, you will be asked to select what stage of development your initiative is so that your facilitator can plan activities accordingly.

While both tracks will be discussing the same general topic, each track will be exploring the topic with different activities suited to their level of development.
