The Do Good Campus Fund is back! Whether you're a UMD student, faculty, or staff member, this is your chance to bring your big ideas to life with grants ranging from $5,000 up to $35,000! We’re looking for bold projects that reimagine learning and create real impact both inside and outside the classroom. Applications are open now until Nov. 4. 💡✨ Note: Student groups don’t need to be officially recognized by the SGA to apply, but successful applicants must be well-positioned to manage a grant process spanning two academic years. Celebrate Maryland’s Hispanic Heroes! 🎉 We are so excited to be partnering with the Maryland Governor’s Office of Community Initiatives (GOCI) and the Governor’s Commission on Hispanic Affairs to launch the “Maryland Hispanic Heroes” social media challenge! Honor the unsung champions in our Hispanic community by sharing their stories, photos and videos. Here’s how to participate: 1. 📸 Post a story, photo, or video about a Hispanic hero in Maryland on your social media. 2. 📲 Use the hashtag #MDHispanicHeroes and tag @marylandgoci to ensure your post is seen. 3. ✉️ Email your stories to GOCI.info@maryland.gov for a chance to be featured on the coming soon UMD/GOCI “Hall of Heroes” page and across GOCI platforms. Celebrate and recognize the incredible impact of our community’s heroes! 🌟

Receive up to $750 in funding to support your social impact proposal to do good on or off campus. Mini-Grants are available for student-led and student-run projects, ventures, programs or events that aim to create a positive social or environmental impact.
