Pam Hacker is a seasoned social impact executive with over 25 years of experience leading global teams to drive transformational change. Currently Vice President of Social Impact at Kyndryl, the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider, she develops and executes strategies that empower underserved communities across 60 countries. Pam's leadership ensures Kyndryl’s initiatives foster critical skills, promote economic inclusion, and advance environmental sustainability.
Previously, Pam led social impact efforts at HBO, Sesame Workshop and Warner Bros. Discovery, shaping programs that leveraged corporate talent and intellectual property to drive meaningful change. She co-developed HBO’s groundbreaking Production Assistant Training Program, bringing underrepresented talent to 99% of HBO Original Series. A lifelong New Yorker with a passion for theater, Pam serves on the board of Opening Act, a nonprofit expanding arts education in NYC’s underserved communities.
