As program associate, Matthew Talley plays a critical role in dramatically growing the Do Good Campus through cross-campus presentations, events and experiences to expose, engage and introduce all students to social impact, philanthropy and civic engagement. Throughout his career, Matthew has developed new structures and strategies for nonprofits and organizations to expand their reach, rethink the ways that they serve and support students, and develop models to create a sustainable impact year over year.

Before joining the Do Good Institute, Talley traveled to college campuses across the country as a Leadership Consultant for Delta Upsilon International Fraternity, supporting chapter development efforts. He then returned to the University of Maryland as a Campus Staff Minister for InterVarsity, spearheading their efforts to replant their fraternity & sorority ministry (i.e. Greek InterVarsity), even being featured twice as a guest on The Greek & Christian podcast. Talley graduated from the University of Maryland with a dual bachelor's degree in marketing and operations management, along with a certificate in public leadership from UMD's College Park Scholars program. Currently, he's in the process of starting to take courses in computer science, alongside Adobe certifications in Photoshop & InDesign.
